I have worked in downtown Raleigh NC for almost 15 year's now. Working for some of the top five food groups in downtown Raleigh, I have groomed my arts outside of my comfort zone to learn many different cuisines from around the world. Also working for talented catering companies has taught me a lot about large batch cookery and fine dining as well. My passion for growing produce and herbs help with the farm to table that I aspire to get to one day.
