Chef Aaron Aldridge

I am a professional chef and have been cooking in kitchen for the last 15 years. I am from south Louisiana and I love sharing my style of cooking with others. I learned how to cook from my mother and grandmother and spent most of my childhood and youth in their kitchens, mostly getting yelled at. But I have never forgotten what I learned by watching and doing. I spend my life now cooking and keeping my grandmother's memory alive within my cooking. I have a rich spirit and a strong passion for cooking.
