Get to know me better

I am a reflection of my mother as a respectful, responsible, committed, kind, caring & professional team leader. I expect the same of others!

I have worked, as chef de cuisine &/or executive chef, in the kitchens of international law firms, government contractors, elder care facilities, Fortune 500 headquarters, 1st/Business Class Airlines’ Lounge at Dulles Int. Airport, women owned independent tea house, conference centers, small restaurant/catering group in WDC and The National Geographic Society and the Embassy of Australia, a tenant at NGS.

I worked with people from all over the world & have stayed in touch with many over the years. I try to learn & teach one thing every day & thanks to my kitchen colleagues & team I do most weeks. My expectations for my Kitchen Team begin with mutual respect, cleanliness, safety & readiness, knowledge of ingredients, open communication and curiosity. These define me as a cook daily and make unit cohesion an important aspect of having fun in the kitchen!
