Private Chef In SökeMy interest in the kitchen began when my mother encouraged me at the age of 13. In line with my goals, I started working with chefs who are my idols in the restaurants I dreamed of. In this direction, I continued my education life with my gastronomy department, which I entered with the second place in tourism high school. As a university, my first choice was Metu psychology department. After studying psychology for 4 months, I could no longer prevent the voice in me, I left my department and took a Professional Culinary education at the MSA Culinary Arts Academy in 2020 in order to quickly enter the profession. After successfully completing my education, I completed my mandatory internship at Od Urla's bakery department and Od Urla's parent company, Venedik Catering. After my internship, I worked as a full-time employee at od urla as a prep kitchen chef de partie for 1 year.
I was domi chef de partie for 6 months during the summer season at 'Alaçatı Kafası' new generation tavern.
By the way, I worked for 9 months as domi chef de partie at filo d'olio cucina italiana Italian cuisine when an opportunity that I always wanted to experience came across me.
Now I am ready to work in a new kitchen, with new people and new ingredients.
