I am Ufuk, 27 years old. I have been working in the food industry in different parts of the world for about 11 years. In Turkey, in the USA, and in Europe, I received training in business science from various universities in Asia and America. I have traveled to more than 10 countries and tried to understand their likes and dislikes.

When I was a high school student, I had the pleasure of working at the restaurant owned by my Uncle during my extra time from school. There, I learned Anatolian cuisine and Middle Eastern cuisine. Later I had the opportunity to get to know the Mediterranean, Aegean, Marmara, and Black Sea cuisine in one of the best seafood restaurants in Ankara. This restaurant's name is Sesam Lokale. I tasted the famous dishes of these countries and I visited and exchanged ideas with the chefs who cooked them. In addition, I had the opportunity to work with ınnovatıve chefs in the kitchens of restaurants serving world cuisine in Outer Banks North Carolina. That restaurant's name is Barefoot Bernies.

In this new year of great opportunity, I decided to pursue the American dream of starting my own business. My sincere wish is to discover new places and make new friends.

Lastly, rather than sticking to a fixed menu, I would like to tailor my cuisine to your palate and present this food in the most beautiful way possible.
