Cook At Home In İstanbulHello! I am 30 years old and studied Master of Applied Gastronomy at UNISG in Italy and now doing my internship in the Netherlands.
I am new to professional cooking world but want to do more practice on my free days.
During my studies I had a chance to cook with a lot of vegetables since our university's vision is about slowfood and no waste that's why cooked lots of circular menus, dietary requirement theme menus especially for kids and cancer patients, learnt about fermentation (mostly miso, koji, kambucha, lacto-fermentation), baking with terra madre (sourdough).
