My name is Gürkan. This is my 10th year in the professional kitches. I have had many experience in my career from contemporary restaurant in Istanbul to farm to table boutique hotel, michelin starred restaurant in Belgium, luxury-lifestyle resort in a seaside town in the mediterranean and now 1 michelin starred restaurant in Copenhagen. Creativity, presentation and the harmony of pairing the ingredients on the plates is my passion.
