It has always been a great pleasure for me to present the food I have cooked to my guests.
In the last 9 years of my 18-year culinary life, I trained many students as an instructor chef in professional culinary schools. In Edremit Güre, where I continue my life now, I am happy to create a menu where local products are combined with international cuisines. I worked as a chef in many educational institutions, especially at the Istanbul Culinary Arts Academy. I have done many demos, R&D and tasting works, especially in Italy. For years, I have been improving myself in Indian cuisine, vegan and vegetarian cuisine and appetizers. However, I am very confident about seafood and Turkish and Mediterranean Cuisine.
* The menu you will see under the name of "Turkish Cuisine Experience" is just an example. We can create different menu options from all kind of type cuisines together for breakfast, lunch, special events and dinners.
