Chef Cansu Duygulu

I started my culinary journey in 2014 by working as a kitchen trainer assistant for physically and mentally disadvantaged children with Vodafone. In 2015, after completing my professional cooking training at the Culinary Arts Academy (MSA) and my internship at Divan, I started working as the private chef of the Mayor of Maltepe. With the project that will contribute to women's employment, I gave basic level kitchen lessons to 280 women. I took charge of organizations for about 1000-2000 people. In 2018, I moved to the Netherlands and took part in the opening of a restaurant that would develop my career. I set up a kitchen in Rotterdam, worked there for 1 year, then moved to Amsterdam and worked as a chef in a local restaurant in a very touristic area. After returning to Turkey, I worked as a hot/cold appetizer chef in Çeşme region for 2 seasons.
