I have been working various international brands of business – city center hotels, resorts – all inclusive resort hotels, catering companies, hospitals, military areas, all – inclusive holiday villages, fine dining restaurants … etc. all around the World and work under different and difficult destinations with multies national, culture, cuisine more than 25 years of hands on experience in the capacity of the Executive Chef.

I know that my unique style of mixing new foods together, and my unique culinary style will be appreciated by your huge clintele. Some of my other strong skills are excellent communication ability and dealing with vendors as well as keeping up with every staff member for all the ongoing tasks.
