Empty Plates Bangkok - Private Fine Dining Made Simple

Swiss-Thai Chef in Bangkok and the person behind the private dining service of 'Empty Plates Bangkok'. In the previous 3 years I've ran my own Chefstable where I served 10 people per night, since the pandemic the focus has been solely on Private Dining.

I try to incorporate my dual background into my cooking, with a heavy emphasize to cater European and Thai-inspired tasting menu's to my clientele. For every group, an individual menu will be created and proposed, in accordance with the dietary restrictions and food allergies of the guests.
