I am a very passionate, hard working, responsible chef with experience in busy fine dining restaurants and in large events. I was fortunate to go to an amazing school in France (Lycée Hôtelier François Rabelais) where i get my diplomate and after all to learn from a chef who show me a lot . I am organized, creative, energetic and a quick thinker.
I enjoy working in a team, and by myself by my own initiative and have the ability to keep calm in stressful situations, always focusing on deliver high standards food and hygiene of the kitchen. I love to create new dishes and have experience with mediterranean, asian and middle eastern cuisine. I start to become a private chef last year in London specifically as the Junior Sous Chef at Soho House.
