My name is Roberto D’Aquino, and I am an experienced Italian chef with over 20 years of culinary expertise, including running my own highly rated restaurant, Don Vito Trattoria, in Phuket, Thailand. Born and raised in the heart of Southern Italy, I learned to cook from my grandmother and developed my career between Naples, London, Formentera, and Phuket — each place adding depth to my culinary identity.

I specialize in authentic Italian cuisine, with a focus on traditional flavors, fresh ingredients, and heartfelt hospitality. Throughout my career, I’ve served high-end clientele in private villas and luxury settings, including a role as private chef for the owner of Harrods in London, and most recently, for a prominent family in Saudi Arabia.

Now, after selling my restaurant, I’m fully dedicated to offering exclusive private dining experiences across Asia. Whether it's a refined dinner for two, a family gathering, or a special event, I bring professionalism, discretion, and passion to every table I serve.

I’m available for short or long-term assignments, and I’m open to travel across the region.
