Im a Half Peruvian, half Chilean Chef, nevertheless the food that represents me is Peruvian. I’ve been lucky to travel through most of South,Central and North America,so my cooking is directly connected to this continent, although I love to mix other countries techniques with it like Peruvian/Japanese (Nikkei) etc. I currently work as the private Chef of the embassador of Peru, here I host monthly lunch’s with high end representatives of different areas, where I showcase Peruvian food in a innovative way mixing Thai ingredients/ techniques, aswell as big events that the embassy organizes. On top of that my side passion is holistic nutrition, emphasizing in nutritious meals, whole foods, non inflammatory oils, refined sugar free (if requested), aswell as being able to cook Gluten & Dairy free (for desserts also).

I was trained at Le Cordon Bleu Peru for 3 years. Then did a internship in California for 1 year, while there I earned a Holistic Nutrition Diploma.
