My name is Woody or Wud in the original language. I grew up in a family that mom always makes different cuisines daily. From 4.30 or 5 AM. our family woke up to cook various dishes together before working and school time. On the weekends, new dishes or cuisines achievement was the family’s ritual. After 2/3 of life in Thailand, I moved to the US to study law and work there. During my free time, I worked at several restaurants in different positions, attended all food events, and tasted new dishes weekly. During my law school time, entrepreneurship courses have inspired and made me decided to leave the legal career and started a new path as an entrepreneur. After the US, I moved to the Netherlands to experience life in Europe and learning new things. Traveling abroad on every school break in the last 15 years has given me knowledge, skills, experience, and understanding of the local cuisines and cultures. Hospitality, love, warmness, and spirit can be sensed through the food at those dinners. It can be amazing to deliver this precious experience to the people without stepping out half of the world, but right at their place!

These dishes were inspired by grandmas whom I met during my journey in different countries. Dishes have been privately taught. They are always delicately prepared from scratch with love. They bring families together during everyday life, parties, or festivals. Nowadays, we tend to be busy and maybe away from family. Let’s reconnect with these dishes!

We had an amazing session with Panuwud! We had a casual session for a friend's birthday where we wanted to experiment something new, improve our knowledge about cooking and expand our cuisine experience. The food: was great! We tasted dishes we had never tasted before, from meat to fish to vegetarian dishes. We had many courses, each different and unique. Not only the taste was amazing, but the story behind each dish was super interesting. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and we took pictures to show off of every single dish. What can be so great, you think? Well, just to give you an example: pistachio homemade ice-cream with cardamomo and rosewater. The chef: Panuwud did a great job, explaining the dishes and keeping a good rythm with the food. He managed to create an amazing menu even in a small kitchen and after all, left it perfectly clean. We appreciated him so much that we asked him to stay for coffee! Great experience, will definitely repeat!
