Welcome to my profile! With almost 35 years of professional experience worldwide, I'm at home in any kitchen. Michelin-starred cuisine, where I myself hold a Michelin star, as well as in street food. Regional German cuisine with European and Asian influences is guaranteed. Whether it's a noodle soup, beef roulade, or boeuf bourguignon, or a grilled variation from the BBQ, I'll make you happy.

I studied at the Hotel Management School in Heidelberg and also passed the master's examination for chefs in Germany. I hold a state-certified gastronomy and a diploma in hotel management, which is equivalent to a master's degree.
