I am a professional chef from NZ I am currently the Executive Chef of CHADA Culinary, specialize in high end private dining and Chef Table experiences. In March 2022, I was selected as guest Judge for Iron Chef Thailand.
With over 25-year culinary experience and our strong culinary team, we create the highest level of service and experience on the Island.
From my last 10 years in the luxury lodge and luxury hotels and VVIP markets, cooking for sheiks, royal families, singers and the super private wealthy, CHADA has created a unique fine dining experience at the highest level that you can experience in your private residence or villa.
I specialize in modern Asian fine dining with classic French techniques and influences from the healthy New Zealand dining style.
I also truly understand traditional Ancient Thai cuisine from the Kitchen of King Rama V at a authentic and complex level.
