Cooking is All I’ve ever done I’ve been cooking since I was 16 and now I’m 45. I’ve worked in high-end restaurants of all kinds Michelin Star- Italian French Spanish. I worked in New York City. I’ve worked in California luxury five star hotels, Fontainebleau, Miami Beach, private clubs, and now I own several companies in Florida, Phuket, California, Hawaii as well as JP Fine Foods LLC in New York City I e been a private Chef for the past 10 years and I’ve been a professional chef for over 25 years. My passion is cooking and my food is the highest quality including service staff.
