Segreto Exclusive Italian is a "Culinary Experience" duo made by cousins Ermanno Lelli and Duccio Staffetta, 2 seasoned Hospitality experts grown up in the same "super-foodie" families and now working together in Bangkok .

Ermanno, a celebrated chef with 20 years of experience, is a master of Italian traditional cuisine. His culinary journey has led him to cook for celebrities and VIPs across Asia, showcasing his exceptional skills with every dish. Known for creating some of the best food in Asia, Ermanno's Italian food creations leave a lasting impression on all who taste them.

As the only Western chef to appear on Nicholas Tse's Chinese Superstar show, Ermanno has proven his ability to blend Western and Asian culinary traditions. This unique talent has earned him recognition in magazines and TV shows throughout Asia and Europe. His innovative approach to cooking and his expertise in Italian cuisine have made him a sought-after chef among food enthusiasts.

Duccio has the same years of experience but in Entertainment and resort Management, from boutique resorts to Hilton, from Cuba to the Alps.
