Through my various careers and experiences I have met many talented and experienced colleagues from many countries.
That is another reason why I am able to cook a variety of cuisines from many cultures such as traditional and contemporary Thai, Asian, Japanese and also very good sushi. Traditional French, Italian, Mediterranean, vegetarian and healthy.
