• Chef by profession, passion and inclination. Certified at the highest level in Culinary Arts & kitchen-management, culinary instructor
• Skilled & informed food critic/judge in many “Iron Chef” TV shows, life cooking shows, professional magazines and exhibitions ;
• Over 22 years of international experience in 10 different countries, over 3 different continents with small & large multi-cultural brigades ;
• Classic French trained, very wide knowledge & experience in Mediterranean-,Asian-, Fusion- and Molecular cuisine
I studied in ROC Leiden and graudated with a degree in Culinary arts & Kitchen management. I worked as an Executive Sous Chef at the Minor Hotel Group and eventually the Executive Chef in the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts at Mumbai, India. Currently I am the Regional Culinary Director of the Jaz Hotel Group in Egypt.
