Bangkok* by Andreas Caminada brings his calm and precise
demeanor, amplifying creativity through his team. He moved to
Bangkok to open IGNIV Bangkok in 2019 which got awarded
with a Michelin start 1 year after the opening under his lead in
2020 and maintained that award for 3 consecutive years. “My
food is light, Deep in Flavor luxurious and Playful. I love
beautiful Food and I love to work with Vegetables”
David brings 15 years of active experience to the Table. He was
part of 3 Restaurnat openings which all got awarded with a
Michelin Starr the First Year after opening. He worked with
Chefs like. Daniel Humm ***, James Kent **, Andreas
Caminada***, Martin Goeschel*, Esben Holmboe Bang***,
Robert Speeth*, Kurt Gutenbrunner*. Spread out through
Switzerland, Germany, New York and Norway.
Learned in small and big Hotels, Caterings, Exhibitions, Country
Clubs, Ski Resorts and Restaurants of course.
His passion for sport and a healthy lifestyle has a clear mark in
the Food he cooks.
