It was an excellent experience

I will honestly say we had little expectations going into this experience, but to our surprise we were extremely overjoyed with every meal. Bung is extraordinarily professional and is a wonderful chef, true to her profession. My wife and I enjoyed traditional Thai dishes tailored to our liking every morning. The meals were truly five star, and I feel would rival any of the Netflix chefs. Bung is artfully skilled and delivered exactly what we requested. My son enjoyed eggs, his way, with pancakes and honestly anything else he requested. His eggs BTW were probably the best scrambled ham and cheese eggs I’ve ever had and the secret ingredient to was something we took home and are now using; fortunately Bung is also a cooking instructor at her very own culinary school. While my wife and I enjoyed every Thai dish you would expect filled with king prawn, snapper, salmon....the sky was truly the limit. We had French pastries which were fantastically fresh and an assortment of fruit every morning with homemade teas and fresh brewed coffee. Dinners were something the late Bourdain would have been excited to eat. Every meal was prepared with great efficiency and took an expected amount of time to deliver. The clean up was done very well leaving us with nothing to worry about except our very full stomachs. The portions were so perfect and even left enough food to snack on between meals. We would definitely recommend Smiley Chef to any of our friends and are planning to return with our extended family to experience the well thought out gastronomic Thai culinary experience in another beachfront villa to make our next trip something to magical.
