A charismatic and creative chef full of passion that brings the taste of home in a different way
Chef Alessandro has Spanish humble roots. Being raised by a foodie family, he spent most of his time on his mom´s kitchen, where he found out his passion and love for food when he was a child. During that time, Alex understood that food can connect people, making them happy, and he realised that he wanted to put an on big smile on people's faces through their stomachs. Inspired by how food can tell a story and convey cultural ideas, Chef Alessandro started to write his own culinary journey.
Feeling a special predilection for the authentic flavours of home that remind him of his childhood, with only 16 years old, Alessandro began to work for various restaurants and catering service companies. Influenced by professional chefs of different nationalities, with a long experience through the kitchen, he decided to move away to Thailand in 2012, in order to widen his gastronomic knowledge as well as open his mind and palate to new exotic flavours. As a result, he fell in love with the Asian continent and its rich gastronomic wealth.
Since then, and until now, he has spent his life travelling throughout Asia, getting to know new cultures, ingredients and techniques. Then he started to perform consultant services for restaurants and private chef services in different chef tables, designing and preparing fusion menus of Mediterranean and Asian food with Latin touches.
