As a professional chef with over 12 years of experience, I have had the privilege of being a founding member and Head Chef at various renowned establishments, including Surrey Hills Grocer, Tian Tang Hotpot, and the 800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen franchise. Through training under several esteemed mentors, I have developed a strong foundation in a wide range of culinary styles and disciplines. Currently, I am pursuing a diploma course to further deepen my expertise and expand my knowledge in both culinary arts and operational management.
