I'm a Local Singaporean chef that built my repertoire in culinary arts by working at a 5 star hotel to learn Western, Italian and Asian cuisine followed by studying Culinary Arts and receiving my French Fine Dining training at a very established then 2 Michelin star(now 3 Michelin star) French Fine Dining restaurant.
Prior to the industry experience, I have participated in various local cooking competitions as well as abroad. Making appearances on local television for cooking segments and as well as being invited to be featured in magazines and success articles of young and budding entrepreneurs of the future.
I believe in striking the perfect balance of food and service and creating the best ambience and dining experience that takes into account the simplest and littlest of details that make up to create the ultimate dining experience that my guests will remember.
