I’m a passionate chef with a background as a lawyer and winner of Masterchef Italy. My love for food led me to study culinary arts, earning a chef diploma, and later opening my own restaurant, Nest, in Rome. I’ve also authored the cookbook “Avvocato in Cucina.” My cooking blends traditional Italian flavors with modern techniques, deeply influenced by my Sicilian roots. As an honorary sommelier and culinary ambassador, I am dedicated to sharing the richness of Italian cuisine. Now based in Singapore, I offer personal chef services to bring authentic, unforgettable dining experiences to your home.
