The Greatest Pleasure of Life is Food. From the heart of Guimaraes, Portugal, I have always had a passion for creating fabulous food. My culinary passion has driven me across pastry, Western, Macrobiotic, and Japanese cuisine while being authentic to my roots of the origins of traditional Portuguese food.
My apprenticeship and training in culinary experiences have had me traveling the world of renowned restaurant kitchens. My foundation in food science and the love to develop a deep respect for each and every ingredient that I use in my food, promotes the art of flavor balance, the intricacies of plating, and the pressure of service.
