MY STORY

It all began in my humble kitchen when I was 5 years old helping my mother with onion, garlic chopping, and the rest is history......

I am not a predictable food caterer; I am a personal chef, event designer and food stylist.

First graduated from a renown local culinary institution At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy then Le Cordon Bleu in Cuisine.

My personal experience

I am unable to find a good caterer for myself. I tried too many, the food arrived soggy, over cooked, greasy & salty. Every house party I attended engaged predictable caterers. As a home entertainer, I like to serve my guests well presented, piping hot food. Hot food should keep coming from the kitchen. Guests have a choice to order their dishes in advance. In short, the host is running a mini restaurant in the comfort of his/her home. Pretty Hors d'oeuvers can be displayed for guests to snack alongside a fine selection of wine and beverages.

Why am I doing this?

Commercialized, poor quality prepared food makes people unsatisfied. That's the default experience so many times when I dine out or buy packaged food.

Everything in my kitchen is prepared from scratch, using the freshest ingredients available in the market. Cooking is inspirational and chefs are artists. I source for what's fresh and affordable then Create, Cook and Present the fare to you! I do not have a standard menu. Wholesome, Healthy and Nourishing are my tools to craft my bill of fare. That's my ideal kitchen.

For me, being a Chef is the choice because I have a love and passion for food that burns inside me. I didn't originally understand this, I thought this was always just a fondness for food but it has turned out to be so much more!

Cooking is in my blood. I breath and sleep with the aromatic smell coming from the kitchen. The Kitchen is an orchestra. Music to my ears.

the age of 5, I was my mother's commis. Just chopping aromatics, I waited for her every day just to listen to instructions. I fell in love since then.
