Get to know me better
I love combining western techniques with traditional Thai flavours, paying homage to the taste and experiences of growing up in Thailand.
My culinary journey began at home, where I grew up surrounded by a mix of Thai, Indian & Singaporean cultures and flavours.
After extensively studying pastry & culinary arts in 2011, I began as a restaurateur and co-founder of the Bangkok Tatler Award Winning, Tribeca. Following a successful run of the all-day brunch bistro in the heart of Bangkok’s Thonglor district, I moved to Chiangmai where I spent time studying Northern Thai cuisine closely.
My culinary entrepreneurship led me back to Singapore where I started a home-based Thai private dining & takeaway concept, aptly named Part Thai!
