I’ve been in the culinary industry for 14 years, starting my journey in my teens and working in some of the top restaurants along the way. My passion lies in Italian and French cuisine, where I blend classic techniques with modern creativity to craft memorable dining experiences. I’ll be completing my degree in Culinary Arts this April, and I’m excited to continue sharing my love for food through every dish I create.
