When I was around 10 years old and back home from schooling, I did not enjoy fabulous food as my parents were busy with their work, the food was simple stomach-filling food and could be repetitious on some days. During the festive holiday, we will go over to my grandmother's home to enjoy her Teochew home cook dishes such as Braised duck or salted vegetable duck, and many others. It always gave me an unforgettable experience, and there again, I'm back home with my same old food. I'm inspired and told myself that one day, I want to cook the best food for myself, and for everyone to share the happiness.
