I'm not a standard chef, but more like a food artist - passionate about creating conceptual, artful dishes that are not only visually stunning but also harmoniously balanced in unique flavors.
As you may have seen on my TV shows and IG, I specialize in refining classic dishes with a creative twist, using natural creative ingredients, particularly in the realms of Asian fusion and Italian cuisine.
