I’m a passionate home cook and the founder of Lepainchaud, a small-batch culinary brand inspired by my personal journey of healing, love, and resilience. My cooking style is rooted in comfort and warmth, combining global influences—Mexican, French, Malay, and Indonesian—into thoughtful, flavorful dishes that feel both familiar and unique.

At Lepainchaud, I specialize in lard-free tamales, handmade focaccia, rich stews, and Basque burnt cheesecake. I believe food should nourish the soul as much as the body, so I use clean ingredients and cook with care, creativity, and purpose.
