We are Filomena and Alex and we are two enthusiastic Italian cook who enjoy preparing and sharing our traditional cuisine.
Filomena has always been driven by cooking and experimenting with traditional Italian dishes and she has more than fifteen years of experience as a cook and Food & Beverage manager. In 2020, Alex joined the team and since then they have been cooking together in Gothenburg city.
We prepare customized menus for you and we take you through an Italian cuisine experience that you won't find in a restaurant.
