I'm a professional chef who worked in the hospitality industry over 16 years, i went to cookery school at the age of 14, since that age i start working in kitchen during weekends and summer holiday, than i moved to UK where i had the chance to work for many Michelin star chef such as Giorgio Locatelli, Simon Rogan, Stephen Therry and Philip Howard, followed by Hotels Ultraluxury, and now I m here in Riyadh ready to share and show my knowledge.
