I lived in Saudi Arabia for 30 years. I finsihed my diploma in hotel & catering management in Sri Lanka at 1995. I also have acheived a HACCP level 3 certification
Then i moved to Saudi. Around 27 years, I spent my time working in Aramco, in a restaurant called the Chuck wagon, an American restaurant. Hence, I have professional experience in American cuisines. After Chuck wagon, I worked in another restaurant called the Chess burger. Now I am with my sponsor, waiting for another restaurant to be opened, which leaves me some free time. Foods like salad, burgers, steak, hot dogs, sandwiches etc.
