I am deeply in love with cooking and that is why I serve it with consistency, honesty, respect and love.
From a young age and out of necessity, as a student with working parents, I learned, with my mother as a guide, the basics, so that "I would not be hungry" as she used to say. Then, from the age of 18, I work non-stop in a kitchen. Then I studied next to top cooking teachers in Greece. But the real school is work, and the best university for me, has been my long-term employment in one of the top hotels in Greece.
The truth is that cooking never ends. Even today, 30 years after my first day at a restaurant, there is always something new to learn.
