I am a professional Chef/ Development Chef with 10+ years experience, within a varied field of cuisines and environments. Starting with lots of restaurant experience within the UK including the seasonal fresh dining scene of the east of England and the metropolitan vibes of Liverpool City working among some favourite local hot spots, as well as my own catering contracts and pop up cuisine themed restaurant events (Including; Spanish, Italian, French, British, Greek, Fusion Street Food, BBQ) and private chef work, including outdoor BBQ.
I hold a BA Food Design and Technology from a Liverpool University. Entwined with this I have more recently been involved in the developing of large scale food products for some of the UK's biggest retailers, and one of the biggest QSR's in KSA helping to sell millions of units.
In my spare time I love to visit new countries, food festivals, and give charity cookery schooling, so you could say I'm very passionate about learning new foods and flavours.
