I have been in the domain since 1994, i’ve done my courses in Paris France, in one of the best school in France with master chef and meilleur ouvrier de france Badetz Denis in kitchen an master pastry chef Mr Giraudeau. Then i went to London in 1999 for 6 years, and Glasgow Scotland for another 6 years.
My experience is vast with background in fine dinning in 5 stars hotel, fine dinning gastronomie restaurant and brasserie. My style of cooking is all about confort food.
