I am very passionate and hard working. My life mission is to spread Greek food culture throughout the world! Ready for food orgasms?
My full name is Manousos Sifostratoudakis. Also known as Chef Manou.
I am a culinary instructor, teaching Greek cuisine in SWISSAM international university, S.V.CH. culinary school, in several studios and providing culinary consulting and menus in the restaurant industry.
I have 15 years of working experience in 5 star hotels and creative Greek restaurants.
Born and raised in Chania, a major city located in the biggest island of Greece, Crete.
I have been blessed to have within my grasp, fresh ingredients and high-quality products from Greece and especially unique Cretan products.
I specialize in Greek and Cretan food culture and have knowledge over Mediterranean cuisine in general.
Cretan traditional diet, one of the major pillars of Mediterranean cuisine, is scientifically proven to be one of the healthiest diets in the world and a significant factor for longevity.
I am also an olive oil producer and owner of a medium-sized olive grove, located in Chania region of Crete.
My main goal is to promote Greece’s food culture, cuisine and traditions.
This became my life mission to accomplish the recent years and that is what I do in Greece and Russia.

a very early age, getting inspiration by the traditions of my parents and grandparents and later on by graduating from culinary institute of Le Monde.

There are no secrets. It is all about using what we Greeks call Μεράκι. It means passion, love, dedication, craftsmanship, persistence in one word!
