Many years I worked in different Moscow holdings as a top manager in various fields: energy, hotel and restaurant business, construction, ecology, mining.

During my life I was agronomist, winemaker, financier, manager, psychologist, etc., but I always dreamed of doing the business, which brings me pleasure.

Since 2016, I have been engaged in cooking, gastronomy and restaurant consulting. I have rich practical experience and successful projects portfolio.

In my trips to countries I spend most of my time to gastronomic routes that differ from the generally accepted tourist ones: I get acquainted with native speakers of national cuisine from different countries, collect rare and authentic recipes, bring kilograms of local spices and various kitchen utensils from trips.

The cuisines of the peoples of the Caucasus, Asian countries and Latin America, Europe and the Arab Maghreb countries – here I navigate with knowledge and, of course, with pleasure.
