I am a young and passionate and i worked as a chef since i was 20 years old mostly in Michelin starred restaurants suchcas Faviken and The Fat Duck.
I am a professional chef for over 7 years of experience. I took my cooking diploma in Italy, Valdobiaddene. During school i staged at Feva restaurants where the head chef is Nicola Dinato, former El Bulli alumni who how has his Michelin starred restaurant. After i left Italy i worked as a chef in Michelin stared restaurants such as L'autre Pied (1* in London, U.K.),
Hind's Head by Heston Blumenthal(1* in Bray, U.K.), The Fat Duck(3* in Bray, U.K), Faviken (2* in Are, Sweden).
I had my first Head Chef position at the age of 25 and i am currently the Head Chef at Maison Des Chef in Bucharest, where we received "Best creative kitchen“ award by Restocracy guide.
