About me:

I am a professional chef that discovered the passion for cooking many years ago, at about 17, by chance. I started cooking thanks to a friend who owned a restaurant in Italy.

Gradually, I began to deepen, to study as much as possible and to try as many combinations of tastes as possible.

I worked and collaborated with many restaurants in Bucharest, Italy and different cities from Romania. I am a specialist in international cuisine but also extremely fascinated by Asian and vegan cuisine.

For passionate chefs, vegan cuisine is not limited, we can discover that there are hundreds of thousands of combinations that will result in delicious dishes. In addition, once you start using as many vegetables as possible to make the best dishes, you will be completely surprised.

There are plenty of recipes that can be tested, from sweet to salty, slightly spicy, tasty.
