Personal Chef In FăgărașI was born on June 20, 1967 in Hunedoara, in a Romanian family: mother, Moldovan from Dorohoiul Botoșaniului, and father, Momârlan from Lupeni, from Valea Jiului.
I don't know how others are, but when I think of the beautiful and pleasant-smelling kitchen, I miss my grandmother. From Dorohoiul Moldovei, from where even now the pies poale-n brau, fried carp with mămăliguta, cozonac with lots of walnuts, sarmaluts in vine leaves and more and more come to mind. From Şeitinul Banatului, from where the genealogical tree of Adina, my wife, is drawn, with warm and steaming bread, with roast pork and quince and plum compote, with eclairs, with spread pie and thick rope with poppy or walnut , dumplings, dumplings with plums, tomato paste.
I believe that everything in life is baked in a kitchen. For everything and everyone there is a kitchen, a laboratory where all our life projects are prepared, cooked and arranged on a plate. Family experiences, professional projects, recipes of dishes loved by friends, all are cooked in their kitchen. That's why, everywhere on this site you will find old recipes and new recipes about food, projects, personal experiences, about life in general and people in particular.
Even in a classic kitchen, the basic element is the man. The one who conceives, who works, who gives you a dream food. The kitchen is every man's laboratory, where he has some categories of ingredients at his disposal: meat, dairy, pasta, fruit, vegetables, which he can combine as he wants, in order to achieve the color, aroma, smell, flavor he wants. First! But at the same time there are dreams, expectations, experiences as ingredients.
I think I'm doing a wonderful job, but I have another goal, that of sharing with everyone from my experience, the gifts of the gastronomic secret, how it can help you even in your love life, because it's really true what they say...Love also passes through the stomach... well, one-night stands are more fashionable now, but which can be easily achieved through the art of cooking.
