Chef At Home In Cluj-Napoca

I started working in a sushi place 3 years ago and since then I took a deep dive into the asian cuisine, and I worked a couple of months in a fine dining restaurant, thing that made me to pursue the combining of the two types of cuisines. Western and Eastern. I feel that there is a lot to discover and learn by trying to tie these two together but I am here for every second of it.

There is no secret or shortcut, just treat each ingredient with the respect it deserves. But it's salt. And fat. In 99% of the cases its salt and fat.
