Greetings!
I work as a chef for over 8 years, and I have been in diferent restaurants located in Bucharest/Romania.
I can say that what I learned and what I achieved in the kitchen is a good expertise, but I am still learning alot of tekniques and recipes in this job becouse you never know enough, and becouse I am crazy about it!
I worked in many specific restaurants such as: Japanesse(sushi and noodles), Chinesse(woks,etc),Italian(pasta,etc), French(fine dining and normal french cuissine), Romanian(I am a romanian), Mediteraneean, etc.
I beleve that the culinarry school that I acomplished is one of the best, my opinion.
Ass a summary, all I can say that if you want me to prepare food for you, I will not desapoint you, I guarantee it with my sushi!
If you let me cook for you, I will promice that I will do my best, If you don't like my food, I will cook my hat and I will may be eating it, or not...
