Greetings!

I work as a chef for over 8 years, and I have been in diferent restaurants located in Bucharest/Romania.

I can say that what I learned and what I achieved in the kitchen is a good expertise, but I am still learning alot of tekniques and recipes in this job becouse you never know enough, and becouse I am crazy about it!

I worked in many specific restaurants such as: Japanesse(sushi and noodles), Chinesse(woks,etc),Italian(pasta,etc), French(fine dining and normal french cuissine), Romanian(I am a romanian), Mediteraneean, etc.

I beleve that the culinarry school that I acomplished is one of the best, my opinion.

Ass a summary, all I can say that if you want me to prepare food for you, I will not desapoint you, I guarantee it with my sushi!

If you let me cook for you, I will promice that I will do my best, If you don't like my food, I will cook my hat and I will may be eating it, or not...

For me, cooking is...

My way, my passion, my way of getting respect, my way of achieving aknowledgement. Cooking is what I see my self do even when I will retire!

I learned to cook at I don't remember my age, but I cook it with my mother! As a profesional chef, I learned at a jap. restaurant from a jap. CHEF.

A cooking secret...

I have no secrets! My food is onest, just like me. Just prepare for all as you would eat it. Bee calm and don't lose control, easy can mean succes.

Amazing service. I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time and this experience what exactly all I needed. Adrian has been gentle, professional and followed my requests perfectly. Perfect.

Chef Ferdy was very responsive in the planning, replying quickly with the amends until we had it all perfect. He arrived exactly on time with everything needed, got on very professionally and tidied up spotlessly afterwards. The food was delicious and exactly as described. Would highly recommend.

Our chef was punctual, communicative, the food tasted delicious, also he did his best for the dessert. He was engaging, explained the menu and every dish, i highly recommend him. The kitchen was left very clean. So 5 stars!!

O experiență superbă! Ne-am simțit privilegiați să avem parte de o așa masă, de o discuție faină și onestă și să ne și culcăm cu bucătăria ordonată! Mâncarea a fost departe cel mai bun sushi pe care l-am mâncat până acum. Prezentarea a fost minuțioasă, atenția la detalii mare, dar gustul a fost ce ne-a cucerit. Recomandăm cu căldură!
