My goal is develop myself through this journey.

Left home for a couple of years, started to work in different kitchen, met some inspiring people, who helped me.

First time kitchen was just a refugee for me, a place where i can escape, right now feels like a home, where i share and spread my feelings through the tastes, absorb knowledge, find people to inspire me and inspire the others.

My big wish is one day to work in michelin, but till then working on educating myself

Fall in love with the french cuisine, and now i’m trying to combine that with japanese. Also one of my favourites dishes are simple but tasty pasta’s. P.s Making pasta dough, it’s like a relaxing time i can say.

Furthermore, i always tell to myself that little details are important, so i’m aware of that.

It can always be better, so focus on improve!
