Private Chef In BucharestI graduated from Horeca School as soon as I finished high school and I was lucky enough to get a job as a cook after only a few months of practice. Luck did not end here and I worked with well-known chefs such as Alexandru Iacob, Paul Oppenkamp and well-known restaurants in Bucharest and beyond (La cantin de Nicolai, The artist, Conacul Manasia). Knowing several chefs I worked with many techniques and saw many different mounting styles that helped me form my own style.
