Get to know me better

Plant based food only, specialized in brunch and yoga retreat chef. I live between Portugal,Italy and Asia (and I really love asian food).

I grew up in a kitchen helping my mum in her traditional Italian restaurant, but I have a scientific background, I traveled a lot and I’ve always been very passionate with yoga and Asian culture, Ayurveda and Ayurvedic food (I’m also yoga teacher). In the last 10 years I specialized in vegan pastry and vegan cooking. I run my own vegan restaurant in Portugal (Baleal) for 5 years, now I work mainly as retreat chef. I love brunches! I’m very careful when I cook using only very high quality products, organic and sustainable. I’m more than happy to create personalized or Ayurvedic inspired and customized menu. I love to mix ingredients from the places I love more.

My mum is my teacher with her traditional trattoria in Bologna. I did a vegan pastry course in Barcellona and I learned from local people Indonesia.
